Middle and High School Principal AY26-27

Westview International Language School is seeking to appoint an exceptional and experienced Middle & High School Principal for the 2026/27 academic year. The successful candidate will provide strategic and academic leadership across the two stages, driving excellence in teaching and learning, fostering a positive school culture, and ensuring outstanding outcomes for students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide visionary leadership and direction for the elementary school, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
• Manage day-to-day school operations, maintaining a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for students, staff, and families.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and implement curriculum and instructional strategies aligned with educational best practices.
• Promote continuous professional development among staff to enhance teaching quality and student outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with parents, guardians, and the wider school community to foster engagement and support.
• Monitor and analyze student performance data, using insights to drive school improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with relevant education regulations, policies, and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a recognised teaching qualification; a Master's degree is desirable.
• Proven leadership experience in a Middle or High School setting.
• Strong knowledge of National Curricula.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Experience in an international school is an advantage.
