Early Years Homeroom Teacher - August 2026

Scholars International Language School is seeking to appoint a dynamic and passionate an Early Years Homeroom Teacher who is committed to fostering a love for learning among our youngest learners while creating a supportive and stimulating classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning in line with the EYFS framework.
• Observe, assess and support each child's learning and development.
• Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
• Build positive partnerships with parents and carers to support children's progress.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality early years provision.
• Participate in continuous professional development and reflective practice.
• Promote children's personal, social and emotional development, independence and positive behaviour.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
• Teaching qualification is prefered.
• At least 2 years of experience teaching in school setting.
• Strong understanding of child development and early years educational practices.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students, engaging them in learning.
• Dedication to creating an inclusive environment that fosters the diverse needs of all learners.
