Strategic Sourcing Leader - Renewables [Hybrid]

Responsibilities:- Lead team of strategic buyers towards achievement of strategic sourcing goals including savings targets, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) reduction, and the timely execution and completion of Supply Chain sourcing events and manage and mentor staff to encourage professional growth and development.- Lead and manage RFI/RFQ/RFPs from start to finish, including creation, issuance, and facilitation of the entire process, through issuance of award recommendations and negotiation of contract terms/master service agreements.- Foster collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to establish accurate forecasts of recurring needs in the form of annual Procurement Plans, and work towards establishing supply and service contracts to cover these needs.- Develop and...
