The level of autonomy, technical complexity, and leadership responsibility distinctly separates the three technician roles. Role Primary Focus On-the-Job Autonomy & Leadership Technician 2 (Experienced) Performs preventative maintenance independently and conducts routine troubleshooting, repairs, and minor upgrades.
