Composite Repair Technician [Remote]
- Inspect and photograph internal and external blade damage using blade card, document findings, and assemble all associated paperwork as required to be posted for further action by Engineering Dept.- Perform composite repairs on internal and external blade surfaces, leading and trailing edge repair while following guidelines provided in Work Instructions.- Provide wind turbine generator LOTO (Lock Out & Tag Out) support as required. Perform "status" checks including clearing "error" codes on turbines and repairing the problems- Utilize blade access platforms, boom trucks, and rope access at heights of 300ft or more - May assist with or perform basic quality audits of less experienced staff and 3rdparty customer work.- Communicate site status to the back-office Management &...
