During your internship, you will learn everything about how a Food & Beverage department operates from a supervisory perspective. You will be involved in preparing bills and invoices, creating staff schedules, and handling guest complaints and feedback. In addition, you know how to maintain oversight and step in whenever necessary. You are enthusiastic, know how to motivate the team, and ensure a positive atmosphere on the work floor.
