About the Role Drybar Wheaton is looking for a confident, driven, people-first Assistant Manager / Stylist & Floor Leader who can do more than deliver a great blowout. This is a hands-on leadership role for a licensed stylist who loves being behind the chair but is also ready to help lead a team, drive performance, protect the client experience, and keep the shop running smoothly. When the Operating Partner or Manager is not on the floor, you are one of the people the team looks to.
