Senior Project Manager

Work closely with the business and the Product Team!

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Product team and help to l ead the successful delivery of some of our largest and most strategically important digital products . You'll own projects from discovery through launch and ongoing delivery, ensuring they are delivered commercially, technically and operationally.

No two projects are the same . One week you could be leading the delivery of a new mobile platform for a leading retailer, the next helping an international client launch a complex digital service used by millions of customers.

You will be:

Delivery Leadership

• Leading multiple digital product deliveries from discovery through launch and live operation.
• Establishing delivery plans that align scope, timelines, budget and business outcomes.
• Providing clear leadership across multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensuring projects remain predictable, transparent and focused on delivering measurable value.
• Creating an environment where delivery teams can consistently perform at a high level.
• Balancing client priorities, commercial objectives and delivery quality when making decisions.
• Championing the use of AI and modern delivery tools to improve planning, forecasting, reporting and delivery efficiency, enabling teams to focus on delivering greater client value.

Client Partnership

• Building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Becoming the primary delivery partner throughout client engagements.
• Providing clear communication on progress, risks, opportunities and commercial impacts.
• Translating technical complexity into language that enables confident business decisions.
• Supportinig clients in making informed prioritisation and investment decisions.
• Contributing to long-term client relationships through consistently successful delivery.

Commercial Financial Management

• Owning project budgets, forecasts and financial performance.
• Producing accurate estimates and delivery forecasts.
• Monitoring project profitability throughout delivery.
• Ensuring Statements of Work are delivered within agreed commercial parameters.
• Managing project scope and change requests while protecting both client value and commercial performance.
• Working closely with leadership to maximise project health, utilisation and delivery confidence
• Understanding how project decisions impact the wider client portfolio, ensuring commercial and delivery decisions support long-term client success.

Delivery Governance

• Maintaining effective governance across risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies and decisions.
• Ensuring projects have clear reporting, appropriate controls and proactive escalation where required.
• Managing scope throughout the project lifecycle while maintaining delivery confidence.
• Ensuring project documentation and reporting remain accurate and current.
• Driving consistent delivery standards across projects.
• Supporting governance reviews with internal and client stakeholders.

Technical Delivery

• Working closely with Solution Architects and Engineering Leads to create realistic delivery plans.
• Understanding technical risks, dependencies and delivery constraints sufficiently to support effective planning and governance.
• Facilitating collaboration between engineering, design, product and client teams.
• Ensuring delivery decisions consider quality, scalability and long-term product success.
• Championing collaborative problem solving across technical and non-technical teams.

Continuous Improvement

• Identifying opportunities to improve delivery processes and team effectiveness.
• Sharing knowledge and best practice across Droids On Roids and the wider Apadmi Group.
• Supporting and mentor less experienced Project Managers.
• Contributing to the evolution of delivery standards, tools and ways of working.
• Help building a culture of learning, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Championing excellent project mobilisation by ensuring projects begin with clear governance, delivery plans, stakeholder alignment and commercial controls.

People Leadership Delivery Quality

• Project Managers and delivery teams can translate client and delivery strategy into coherent priorities, plans and decisions.
• Providing effective line management, regular feedback, coaching and career development for Project Managers.
• Setting clear expectations and support Project Managers in leading complex projects, client relationships and cross-functional teams.
• Reviewing delivery quality and intervene effectively where practice falls below expectations.
• Ensuring learning contributes to Droids On Roids' delivery methods, community and market differentiation.
• Contributing AI techniques, delivery frameworks, prompts and workflows that improve the quality and effectiveness of the Delivery practice.
• Helping Project Managers use AI responsibly while maintaining strong delivery thinking, client understanding and professional judgement.

Will be great if you bring:

• Significant experience delivering complex digital projects within a digital agency, consultancy or software development environment.
• Experience delivering mobile apps, platforms or other customer-facing digital products is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience leading multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery, with the flexibility to apply traditional delivery approaches where appropriate.
• Experience managing project financials, forecasting and commercial reporting.
• Strong understanding of project governance, risk management and change control.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including senior client engagement.
• Strong understanding of modern software development lifecycles.
• Comfortable collaborating with Solution Architects, Engineering Leads and Product teams.
• Excellent planning, organisation and prioritisation skills.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence and modern delivery tools.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Fluent in English and Polish, both written and spoken.
