Doxim's New Manager, Business Development
We’re looking for a Manager, Business Development to lead the generation of qualified sales opportunities and build a strong pipeline that fuels Doxim’s revenue growth. Reporting to the SVP, Sales Operations Marketing, this role will partner closely with Marketing and Sales leadership to develop targeted campaigns, align goals, and drive measurable results.

Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and coach a high-performing business development team
- Set clear expectations, monitor performance, and address gaps promptly
- Develop prospecting strategies across phone, email, social media, and other channels to generate qualified pipeline
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to align goals, campaigns, account targeting, and lead follow-up
- Guide the team in engaging decision-makers and creating qualified opportunities within Doxim’s target markets
- Maintain accurate CRM data and provide reliable reporting and forecasts on team activity, meetings, conversions, and pipeline contribution
- Test and refine outreach tactics, workflows, and tools to improve productivity and opportunity quality

- Sales Engagement tools
- CRM/SLA Management Systems (Salesforce preferred)
- B2B Marketing Automation Software

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience of Sales experience – B2B sales is a plus
- Experience managing a team of entry level to senior level Business Development Representatives (BDRs)
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote environment
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Pardot, including dashboards, reporting, workflow alignment, and operational enablement.
Physical Demands: This role requires prolonged periods of sitting and extensive computer use, including frequent use of a keyboard and mouse.
Travel: Up to 30%; to meet with clients on occasion, may include industry conferences and corporate events.
