As our Regulatory Performance & Compliance Officer based in APAC, you will support the APAC Regulatory Lead on compliance and regulatory matters related to dlocal’s business and operations, and help the team maintain oversight for dlocal’s legal entities in the region. In this role, you will coordinate and execute day‑to‑day regulatory tasks that enable business growth while supporting the compliance team’s role as gatekeeper to prevent regulatory, legal, and reputational harm. This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused individual contributor role with no direct reports, reporting to the APAC Regulatory Lead. You will work closely with business, legal, compliance, and local stakeholders to assess regulatory and support market expansion priorities across APAC. The role requires someone who can support, engagement with regulators and external counsel, and combine strong execution with sound judgement in complex, cross-border regulatory environments. This position will prioritize candidates based in Singapore, China, or Malaysia, in line with the team’s hybrid operating model. Strong profiles from other APAC locations may also be considered.
