About The Team/role

The Central Operations team is responsible for designing, aligning and ensuring the execution of the strategy for DiDi's Mobility business in Spanish-Speaking LatAm, and allocating resources for the most strategic projects in the region.

Working in this team will allow you to have direct exposure with leaders across all functions in the organization, from Operations to Customer Experience and Safety, while having a direct impact on millions of Passengers and Drivers across nine countries, as you shape our investment strategy for core projects.
