Marketplace Senior Analyst

Being part of the Operations team will give you the unique opportunity to help drive growth in one of the fastest-growing companies in the region. This highly analytical role combines business thinking, operational execution, and stakeholder management to scale DiDi's marketplace across cities in Argentina. You will own the marketplace performance in your region by balancing rider demand and driver supply, identifying growth opportunities, and leading initiatives that improve key business metrics. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will transform data into actionable insights and drive projects from ideation to execution in a fast-paced environment.
