Loyalty Partner Insights Sr. Analyst

The Driver Platform team drives DiDi's growth across Spanish-speaking LATAM by building and strengthening the value proposition for drivers. Our focus is long-term retention: over the past few years, we've developed a loyalty level system centered on core driver benefits and we're now expanding it. We're looking for someone to help grow our partnerships network by sourcing, launching, and managing benefits that genuinely matter to drivers. This is not a hunting or sales role. We're looking for a strong executor with a systems mindset someone who uses data to identify opportunities, manages complexity across teams, and builds partnerships that last.
