THE TEAM

Although our development team is based mainly in Bulgaria with team members in Sofia, Plovdiv, Burgas, Varna, and Ruse, we are a fully remote company, giving everyone the flexibility to work where they are most comfortable and productive.

Process is important to us: we rely on Kanban boards and efficient daily stand-ups (max 10 minutes) to keep things running smoothly. Our product owners offer well-defined specifications so you can do your best work. We prioritize high-quality code and good practices, and management supports a pragmatic level of attention to technical debt.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Design and implement features that are robust, scalable, and secure
• Develop across the full stack using RubyOnRails, React, TypeScript, and GraphQL
• Participate in all stages of the development lifecycle
• Follow best practices: TDD, continuous integration, SCRUM, refactoring, and coding standards
• Drive the adoption and integration of new technologies
