BD Coordination Intern

Devsinc is looking for a Coordination Intern to join our Business Development team . In this role, you will coordinate team operations, drive engagement activities, support BD initiatives, and help showcase Devsinc’s culture . This internship will be in the US Time Zone (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM) and is intended to lead to a potential full-time opportunity based on performance .

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development Support: Assist BD leads in preparing proposals, presentations, and performance-tracking reports .
• Communication & Follow-ups: Maintain strong communication with leads and ensure timely follow-ups across multiple channels .
• Team Coordination: Track daily/weekly tasks for the BD department and prepare structured progress updates .
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between BD and other departments (Engineering, Marketing, Human Asset, Sales) to align goals.
• Engagement & Culture: Plan and execute team activities, birthdays, cultural events, and brainstorming sessions .
• Content & Media: Capture team moments (photos/videos) and create engaging content to share across internal and external platforms .

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or prior internship experience in HR, Talent Management, Team Management, or related fields.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite .
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities, with keen attention to detail.
• Creativity, consistency, and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in US Time Zone (6 PM – 3 AM) .
• A team player with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to drive initiatives.
• Proactive attitude with eagerness to learn about business development processes and contribute to team success.
