Senior Manager - MCL - North

We’re looking for a talented Senior Manager to join our specialist team, managing a varied portfolio of High Net Worth, Major Loss and complex property claims , including subsidence and escape of oil. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of technically challenging losses and delivering an exceptional service from first notification through to settlement. You’ll work closely with policyholders, insurers, brokers and other key stakeholders, building strong relationships while ensuring every claim is proactively progressed and handled to the highest technical standards. We’re looking for someone with a proven background in general property and High Net Worth adjusting , with Major Loss experience particularly desirable. You’ll be confident working independently, managing demanding caseloads and appointment schedules, and producing high-quality reports and correspondence. Progress towards ACILA, FCILA or another relevant professional qualification would also be welcomed.
