Senior Associate - IT System Engineer

Our Senior System Engineers [SSE] work on and lead a number of technical projects and manage a backlog of continuous service improvement (CSI) processes, ensuring our solutions are pragmatic, offer improved services to the customer, and align with our strategy, standards, policies and procedures as well as other project priorities and deadlines. Working closely with Group IT project delivery teams, you’ll be embedded within project squads to help drive integration, support migrations, and contribute to the successful rollout, decommissioning, or transformation of IT systems. This role involves collaboration with, technical architects, project stakeholders, end users, and third-party vendors. You’ll be exposed to a diverse IT infrastructure landscape—including hardware, software, and network systems—with an expectation to contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and practices. This role will focus on process improvement and professional development.
