What's in Store We are on the lookout for a Liability Senior Claims Adjuster - (Municipal Claims) who will be responsible for investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and resolving complex and high exposure liability claims in accordance with company policies, client service standards, and regulatory requirements. Claims handled may include Commercial General Liability, Employer’s Liability, Professional Liability, Law Enforcement Liability, and other casualty or commercial liability exposures. This includes the investigation, determination and evaluation of coverage, liability and damages, and the setting of proper reserves. Identification of applicable insurance, beyond the client’s retention, and timely initial and supplemental reporting to applicable carriers is required.

This role is located remotely from home and services one client located in south Florida. You must hold a current FL license (6-20 or 5-20).
