Operations Supervisor (German)

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading international online community and advertising company to recruit a German -speaking Operations Supervisor for its Lisbon operations. The role focuses on leading a high-performing sales team and driving revenue and growth through advertising sales.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team
• Foster a collaborative environment where individual strengths are leveraged to achieve team goals
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue and growth for advertising products
• Set clear targets, track performance, and ensure that team members consistently meet or exceed sales objectives
• Provide ongoing training, support, and feedback to team members, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge they need to succeed
• Monitor sales metrics, prepare regular reports, and present insights to key stakeholders to inform decision-making and refine sales strategies
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and new tools or technologies that can enhance team performance.

REQUIREMENTS:

• German proficiency at C1 level or higher
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written
• Previous sales experience
• Experience in ads sales
• Experience in team management
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams to achieve sales goals
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills to assess team performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
• Availability to work at the office full-time.
