Lead Enterprise Architect - PAE Fires

Description Data Systems Analysts, Inc, is seeking a Lead Enterprise Architect for a Key Personnel position with a minimum of 10-years demonstrated experience to lead MBSE-driven enterprise architecture, digital transformation, and complex systems lifecycle management in support of PAE Fires.
Required Qualifications
- Can demonstrate experience utilizing MBSE methodologies and tools to support the design, development, integration, and management of complex systems throughout their lifecycle
- Knowledge of Enhance MBSE methodologies by and can show experience using digital models to support the design, analysis, verification, and validation of complex systems, emphasizing collaboration and traceability throughout the system lifecycle
- Leveraged Digital Transformation tools such as Intelligent Automation, Hyperautomation, and Robotic Process Automation to optimize operations
- Experience facilitating the digital transformation of Army programs, including adoption and integration of advanced digital technologies, processes, and practices
- Knowledge of and ability to research, design, test, implement, and maintain automated information systems and technical architectures in compliance with DoD, Department of Army, and higher headquarters directives
- Has up-to-date knowledge of state-of-the-art hardware, software, and solution sets to provide recommendations and solutions
Clearance Required
- Must have a TS/SCI clearance
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of PAE Fires customer mission areas, Government policies and standards, and data management, cybersecurity, network properties, security, acquisition, logistics, and technology programs related to aviation and missile systems
- Experience with the following software: MagicDraw, Teamwork Cloud, Syndeia, DOORS, IBM Rational Products, Windchill, Pure Variant, MATLAB, Altair
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for all aspects of the development and maintenance of assigned enterprise architecture project and takes project from planning through final delivery
- Interfaces with all areas affected by the project including end users, computer services, and client services
- Defines project scope and objectives and develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports
- Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis
- Leads a group of engineers, architects, and analysts and ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews enterprise architecture deliverables
- Provides technical and analytical guidance to enterprise architecture team
- Directs and participates in high-level enterprise architecture analysis, evaluation, design, integration, documentation, and development
- Applies high-level business and technical principles and methods to very difficult technical problems to arrive at creative engineering solutions
- Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems
- Has a deep understanding of DoD business transformation and processes, DoD organizational structure, and experience in developing briefings and responses to GAO, OMB, and executives within the department
- Possesses extensive knowledge of and hands-on experience with the DoDAF, the Business Enterprise Architecture and Enterprise Transition Plan, Service Oriented Architecture, and the Business Mission Area Federation Strategy and Roadmap
- Lead the development of the BEA and updates to the BEA Development Methodology and Architecture Planning Guide
- Familiar with the Core Business Mission and Business Enterprise Priority architecture liaisons.

The posted salary range is a good-faith estimate. Actual compensation will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and other job-related factors.
DSA - Salary Pay Range
$165,000 $170,000 USD
