To further grow our data governance practice, we are currently looking for a skilled Product Owner.
Your responsibilities
- Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data governance products and solutions.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define use cases, and translate business needs into actionable tasks.
- Data Governance Implementation:
- Lead the development and implementation of data governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security through consistent monitoring and improvement practices.
- Oversee the implementation of data stewardship roles and responsibilities across the organization.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, legal, compliance, and business units, to ensure successful adoption of data governance practices.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between data owners, data stewards, and other key stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates and reports on data governance activities, progress, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Project Management:
- Manage data governance projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with data governance initiatives.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners as needed.
- Training and Support:
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on data governance principles and best practices.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to data stewards and other stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of data governance and accountability throughout the organization.
