BI Manager

At  Datashift , we’re looking for a  BI Manager  to lead and grow our BI focus area. You’ll combine strategic thinking with a solid understanding of BI to guide clients and teams toward success.

Your Role

As BI Manager, you are the driving force behind our BI service offering. You will:

• Lead the BI focus area  within our Analytics practice, ensuring quality, client satisfaction and growth.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships , understanding their needs around reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and data quality.
• Take full ownership  of project outcomes and team performance, even in complex environments.
• Assess and challenge BI deliverables , understanding the value of different BI capabilities without needing to be the deep-dive expert yourself.
• Inspire and support your team , recognizing people as key assets and fostering a collaborative culture.
• Contribute to Datashift’s strategic direction , representing our BI vision with clarity and confidence.
