Contract - Senior Consultant - Workday

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Senior Workday Consultant to join us on an initial 6-month contract engagement.

You'll work across high-profile customer projects, acting as the key link between business stakeholders and implementation teams. You'll lead Workday HCM workstreams from requirements and solution design through configuration, testing, knowledge transfer, and user training.

This is a client-facing consulting role suited to an experienced Workday specialist who can confidently lead workshops, understand complex business requirements, and translate them into effective Workday solutions.

What You'll Do

• Lead Workday HCM workstreams across customer implementations.
• Facilitate client workshops and gather and analyse business requirements.
• Design and configure Workday solutions aligned to customer needs.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and implementation teams throughout delivery.
• Lead testing activities and support successful solution deployment.
• Deliver knowledge transfer sessions and user training.
• Provide expert Workday guidance and support across multiple customer engagements.

What You'll Bring

• Strong Workday implementation experience in a client-facing consulting environment.
• Workday Implementation/PRO certification in HCM Core and Compensation .
• Demonstrated experience leading Workday HCM implementations and workstreams.
• Strong requirements gathering, solution design, and configuration experience.
• Confidence facilitating workshops and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong communication, consulting, and problem-solving skills.
• Workday certification or experience in Time Tracking and/or Absence would be highly regarded.
• Additional Workday certifications will be advantageous.
