Pharmacist - Hematology/Oncology, Rotating

Engages patients and healthcare professionals to efficiently and effectively maximize therapeutic outcomes and is responsible for one or more of the following tasks: dispenses medications, monitors patients' drug therapies, works under collaborative practice agreement or per protocol, and provides consultation and education to patients and other staff. We welcome applicants from retail, general acute/hospital, and other non-oncology backgrounds. Training is provided.
