Service Manager

D2B Groups is partnering with a heavy equipment dealership who are in need of a talented Service Manager.

They own shop safety, technician productivity, repair quality, uptime for customer and company units, and the department's profit. They manage technicians, service advisors and shop support staff. They also act as the main service contact for key customers and OEM partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years in heavy-duty truck or equipment service, including 2+ years supervising a shop or service team.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of diesel engines, drivetrains, hydraulics, electrical
• systems and electronic diagnostics.
• Proven record of managing a department budget and hitting labor, productivity and gross profit targets.
• Experience with dealer or shop management software
• Clear communication with customers, technicians and senior leaders.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
