Account Manager (SLED Healthcare Staffing)

About the Role
The Account Manager is a key position, with the primary goal of acquiring new business and growing an existing portfolio of SLED accounts in a professional setting. Position can be anywhere in Texas, and must be willing to travel up to 40% of the time across Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, New Mexico, Arizona and other southern States.
What will you be doing day to day?
- Own client relationships and account growth across an assigned portfolio of SLED accounts.
- Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders, maintain regular communication, identify additional staffing opportunities, and coordinate candidate submissions, contract extensions, and issue resolution to strengthen client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
- Build a strong, collaborative partnership with our India-based recruitment and delivery team and establish priorities for open positions. Maintain consistent communication on staffing forecasts, candidate feedback, and hiring timelines; monitor progress together, and proactively resolve barriers together to successful placements and ongoing client and caregiver support.
- Develop and execute account management and business development plans to meet or exceed growth and sales objectives.
- Develop and implement a new client pursuit plan to acquire opportunities to grow our SLED business portfolio.
- Identify upcoming procurement opportunities through market research and client engagement, and partner with our proposal team to develop tailored, competitive RFP responses.
- Develop relationships with key decision-makers at SLED agencies to understand their staffing needs and position Cynet Health as a preferred staffing partner.
- Conduct client and prospect visits to assess workforce needs, present our staffing solutions, and pursue new business and account expansion opportunities.
- Attend industry conferences and networking events to strengthen existing relationships and develop new business opportunities.
- Stay informed about industry trends and identify opportunities to expand your portfolio.
- Partner with department heads, procurement teams, scheduling teams, and other client stakeholders to identify critical staffing needs.
Requirements
Your Experience & Skills
- 5+ Years of Sales and Business Development experience especially in acquiring new business for healthcare staffing or workforce solutions. SLED Experience is a plus

Benefits
The estimated base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $95,000. The position is also eligible for quarterly commissions. The salary range provided is an estimate. Actual compensation may vary depending on the candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location.
