The Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities (Cuyahoga DD) is seeking two (2) supervisors to lead, oversee, and continuously improve the onboarding, training, and professional development programs for Support Administrators (SAs) to ensure high-quality, person-centered service delivery. Provide structured supervision, coaching, and performance evaluations for probationary staff while serving as a subject matter expert on regulatory compliance, Ohio Administrative Code Rule 5123-4-02, and Cuyahoga DD quality standards.
