RN On-Call Weeknights

Crescent Hospice is currently seeking a Full Time On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team, providing exceptional care and support to hospice patients and their families during their most critical moments. As an On-Call RN, you will play a vital role in identifying patient and family needs, coordinating care, and offering preventative measures and compassionate support.

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, On Call 4:30 pm - 8 am Territory: Columbia, Lexington, East Over, Hopkins, Ridgeway and Winsborrow
