About this role:

We are currently seeking for an effective Warehouse Manager in Nicosia (Dali) to direct receiving, warehousing and distribution operations. In this role you will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding servicing and dispatch of a wide variety of products.

Warehouse Manager Duties and Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing strategic plans for optimizing DC operations.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
• Leading and mentoring warehouse supervisors and associates.
• Fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Overseeing inventory processes to ensure accuracy and conducting regular audits.
• Coordinating with logistics teams for efficient order processing.
• Monitoring and optimizing workflows to meet service agreements.
• Enforcing safety protocols through regular inspections and audits.
• Tracking KPIs like order accuracy and productivity metrics.
• Analyzing data to address operational challenges effectively.
• Collaborating with other departments to align objectives.
• Communicating effectively to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 2-3 years proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager
• BS degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration (will be considered as an asset)
• Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
• Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
• Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Hands on experience with (WMS) warehouse management software
• Leadership skills and ability manage staff
• Strong decision making and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
