Sr. Analyst, Corporate Development

The Sr. Analyst, Corporate Development plays a critical role in supporting Planet Fitness's growth strategy through the evaluation and execution of domestic and international M&A, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships. Reporting to the Manager, Corporate Development, this role provides critical execution capacity across an active pipeline of transactions and strategic opportunities.

The Sr. Analyst will be directly involved throughout the transaction lifecycle, including financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, transaction execution and post-close integration.
