Staff Accountant

The Everline Resort and Spa (ERS) has multiple lines of business including but not limited to Resort Operations, Property Management, HOA management and Property Development. The Staff Accountant is responsible for creating bills and invoices, collecting and presenting backup support for billing, and reconciling accounts receivable and payable related to shared entities and business partnerships. During the course of the month, the staff accountant will also generate statements, process payments, and prepare 1099's for our rental program owners.
