Scope of Position A Bus Person will provide support to restaurant servers and the overall operation of the restaurant by clearing and setting tables and replenishing service areas as necessary to ensure our guests' satisfaction. Without this support the overall operations and quality of service provided by our servers will not be achieved. This position reports to the Food and Beverage Manager/Supervisor.
