The Opportunity

If you're a closer who thrives in a face-to-face sales environment , this role is built for you.

• No cold calling
• No door knocking
• 100% pre-set, company-provided appointments

Our inside team handles the scheduling — you focus on closing deals and making money .

You’ll meet homeowners who already need help and guide them toward the right HVAC solution.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners across theTuscon (pre-set appointments)
• Build trust quickly and identify customer needs
• Present and sell HVAC systems and solutions
• Explain financing options and close the deal
• Complete accurate job documentation for installation teams

Compensation Benefits

• $125,000 – $350,000+ OTE (uncapped commission)

What We’re Looking For

• Proven B2C sales experience (in-home sales preferred)
• Strong closing ability in a short sales cycle
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to pass background and drug screening

Schedule

• 5 days per week with rotating weekends
• Evening/weekend availability based on customer demand
• On-call as needed
