Senior Product Manager

Every product decision at ComPsych eventually reaches someone in a hard moment a mental health crisis, a leave of absence, a benefit they need but don't fully understand. Modernizing how we build product means moving faster without losing sight of that. We're making our product development lifecycle AI-native from discovery through delivery, working closely with Engineering and Design end to end. As we turn services historically delivered by our Operations and Customer Success teams into digital products, their frontline knowledge of customers and how the product is actually used becomes essential input, so partnering with them closely is part of the job.
