Medical Assistant - Group Facilitator

JOB SUMMARY The CommUnityCare Centering Pregnancy and Centering Parenting programs offer an alternative care model focused on group visits and education, which promotes positive health outcomes and patient satisfaction for pregnancy and pediatric care. These programs are nationally accredited by the Centering Healthcare Institute. The Medical Assistant - Group Facilitator serves as co-facilitator of CommUnityCare's Centering Pregnancy and Parenting programs. The Medical Assistant Centering Facilitator works in close collaboration with providers, clinical staff, and the Centering Steering Committee in order to ensure adherence to program operations and standards.
