Associate Chief Health Officer (Primary Care)

In collaboration with the Chief Health Officer (CHO), the Associate Chief Health Officer (ACHO) is responsible for the quality and performance of health services at CommUnityCare. As such, the ACHO directly oversees the service lines to which they are assigned, helping establish the organization's clinical standards of practice and integrated, high-performance model of care.
