Summer Camp Director

This is a management position that requires people leadership experience and a deep knowledge of the camp industry. The Director will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a 100-acre facility with Olympic size pool located in Millersville, PA. Major responsibilities will include scheduling, supervising staff, and addressing parents. This position requires strong leadership, organization, supervision, communication, and creative qualities. Progressive camp responsibility starts in December and will be the primary focus in April and May.
