Director of Workforce Readiness

FUNCTION SCOPE STATEMENT: The Director of Workforce Readiness will have operational responsibility for BGCGH Workforce Pathways for Youth program. The position's primary responsibility is to create a high quality overall club experience for BGCGH members. The Director will lead and support program development and implementation and budget management of the Workforce Pathways for Youth Grant.
