General Function

The Director of Talent, Benefits & Culture leads all Human Resources functions for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward County (BGCBC). This role focuses on talent management, employee engagement, benefits administration, and culture enhancement to ensure outstanding employee experience. The Director is responsible for continually improving HR operations through training, onboarding, technology, and strategic innovation. Working closely with payroll and HR partners, this position ensures compliance with all laws, policies, and deadlines while advancing BGCBC's mission and values.
