Director of Operations & Programs

The Director of Operations & Programs directs and manages overall daily operations of all Club sites with the primary concern for program implementation, service delivery, outcomes, safety, staff development, supervision of youth development staff, facilities, technology, transportation, and budget management. The director works as a part of the organization's leadership team to strategically plan for and realize organization-wide growth opportunities and performs related administrative duties.
