Position: Director of Operations Supervisor: Chief Executive Officer Directly Supervises: Program Leadership Team, including a Director and Site Leaders (~4) Indirectly Supervises: Youth Development Professionals and Leads (~45) Status: Exempt, Full-time Hiring Range: $90,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually, paid biweekly.
