⭐️ The Engineering Team ⭐️

Our engineering team is currently composed of 4 agile squads, each responsible for a specific functional scope. As we expand into the US market, we will grow to 6 squads, with two new squads dedicated to building and scaling our product for US users. Together, the teams build the infrastructure, interfaces, and applications that provide a first-class experience for our users: boat owners, customers renting boats, and Click&Boat internal teams.

You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of projects quickly, whilst being mentored by talented senior engineers who have made significant contributions at renowned companies like Doctolib (VP of Engineering, Engineering Director & Principal Engineer) and ManoMano.

We move fast, with a lot of ownership, and are proud to tackle big problems! Being a developer at Click&Boat means more than just coding. Our developers are also responsible for preparing their features, collaborating with product managers and designers, monitoring and validating features once in production.

Our stack includes up-to-date Angular, PHP, MySQL, Symfony.

We are looking to recruit a Senior Engineering Manager who will manage two squads.

You're a Great Fit at Click&Boat if:

• You are fluent in English. French is a plus.
• You enjoy delivering features that impact the company's KPIs ;
• You have solid experience delivering high-quality feature ;
• You have at least 5 years of experience managing a technical team ;
• You enjoy supporting and coaching your individual contributors, providing regular feedback to help them grow in line with company-wide objectives ;
• You feel comfortable working with various stakeholders across the company ;
• You’re a clear and effective communicator with your teammates.
