Technical Chief of Staff

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a high-impact, founder-facing role at an early-stage AI productivity startup, working directly alongside founding leadership across product, go-to-market, and operations. You will serve as a force multiplier for the founders, helping translate strategy into execution and keeping the most important initiatives moving. It is an excellent launchpad for aspiring founders who want broad, high-stakes exposure at a fast-growing company.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Partner directly with founders to coordinate cross-functional priorities and accelerate execution across product, GTM, and operations.
• Translate strategic goals into concrete plans with clear milestones and track delivery against tight deadlines.
• Support founder decision-making by providing technical context and project-level insights.
• Drive high-impact, end-to-end projects, continuously re-prioritizing based on what moves the company forward fastest.
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt fluidly as priorities shift.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong technical background with solid CS fundamentals, through formal training or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated track record of translating strategy into actionable plans and delivering cross-functional initiatives under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable collaborating closely with founders and diverse teams.
• High stress tolerance and a strong work ethic, comfortable with demands beyond a standard 9-to-5.
• Recent graduate or early-career professional eager to grow quickly in a startup environment.
• Willingness to be based in Stockholm and work fully on-site.
• Bonus: interest in branding, design, or social channels.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary of $55,000 to $80,000 USD per year, plus equity options (0.15% to 0.50%). Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

LOCATION

On-site in Stockholm, Sweden. This is a fully in-person role.
