Talent Acquisition Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to build and own our end-to-end recruiting function from the ground up. Working closely with the Recruiting Lead and C-level, you will shape how we attract and hire top talent as we scale our team rapidly in the AI SaaS space. This is a high-autonomy role with real ownership and fast decision-making.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Define clear role requirements in direct collaboration with each hiring manager.
• Fill the candidate pipeline through active sourcing and multi-channel activation.
• Run efficient pre-screening and screening calls that deliver actionable hiring decisions.
• Coordinate all steps of the hiring process to ensure smooth, timely progress.
• Negotiate and close employment contracts with candidates.
• Design recruiting strategy and operational structures built for scale.
• Build lean, low-overhead administrative hiring processes from scratch.
• Develop and implement employer branding initiatives.
• Coordinate external partners such as payroll providers, notaries, and tax advisors.
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Establish HR foundations including processes, tools, and team events in close collaboration with founders.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven experience running end-to-end recruiting across diverse roles, ideally within a fast-paced startup environment; relevant SDR or sales-development backgrounds are also considered.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement lean, scalable recruiting processes from scratch.
• Data-driven mindset with experience setting and tracking KPIs to measure recruiting effectiveness.
• Broad knowledge of recruiting platforms and tools, with the ability to configure and deploy them efficiently.
• Strong skill in quickly assessing candidates for both technical fit and cultural alignment across large applicant pools.
• Experience negotiating offers and closing employment contracts.
• Employer branding strategy and execution experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working on-site in Vienna and communicating in German.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Annual salary range: 65,000 to 80,000 EUR. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
