Strategy & Operations - Product Growth

ABOUT THE ROLE

A role sits at the intersection of product, growth, and operations on a small, founder-led team focused on product-led acquisition and durable, scalable growth for an industrial procurement platform. You will move quickly from hypothesis to prototype to scale and help shape company strategy while handling day-to-day execution.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Identify and build the next compounding growth loop end-to-end.
• Own organic acquisition through technical SEO and AI-search infrastructure to convert procurement queries into pipeline.
• Concept and ship product-led wedges that drive user acquisition with minimal sales effort.
• Run rapid 0-to-1 cycles from whiteboard to scale, with decisive pivots as needed.
• Collaborate with founders part of the time and execute independently most of the time.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 1-2+ years of relevant product-growth, strategy, or operations experience; senior roles may require more experience.
• Proven startup experience or equivalent complexity with zero-to-scale execution.
• Hands-on experience building product-led growth initiatives and growth loops end-to-end.
• Technical SEO and AI-search (GEO) experience driving organic acquisition.
• Ability to run hypothesis-to-prototype-to-validation-to-scale cycles autonomously.
• Fluent German and English; comfortable working in a German-speaking environment.
• Willing and able to be based in Munich with a collaborative, autonomous mindset.

On-site in Munich, Germany with a requirement to be in the office four or more days per week.
