Senior Product Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join a product engineering team building practical AI experiences for business users. You will work closely with a product designer and own features from early concept through production, with a focus on making new tools intuitive and useful without requiring extra explanation.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build new AI interaction patterns and user experiences where established practices may not yet exist.
• Partner with a product designer to shape features from scratch or lead them end-to-end.
• Own each feature's user experience alongside implementation, including information architecture, user flows, copy, and error states.
• Validate that features solve real user problems and are easy to discover and use.
• Refine details such as spacing, loading states, and microcopy, and communicate decisions and trade-offs with your team.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 3 years of experience building and shipping full-stack features in production.
• Experience developing frontend features with React and TypeScript, as well as server-side logic and data models.
• A track record of owning complete features and user experiences, not only the UI layer.
• Strong product judgment and attention to detail, with experience making features discoverable and intuitive without guidance.
• Clear communication skills and experience collaborating closely with product designers.
• Experience building AI or machine learning features in production is relevant.
• Relevant technologies include PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, Docker, tRPC, and Electron.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary range: €60,000 to €90,000 annually.

On-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany.
