Senior/Lead Sales Development Representative - German Speaking
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will own the German speaking top of funnel, turning inbound interest into qualified demos for the sales team. It sits in a fast growing AI powered SaaS startup and offers clear upside to progress into an Account Executive role.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the German speaking top of funnel from first contact to qualified demo handoff.
- Qualify inbound leads generated by marketing and prioritize follow up.
- Execute multi channel outreach across phone, email, LinkedIn, and explore new channels.
- Build and test outreach sequences, measure results, and iterate on approaches.
- Help refine SDR workflows and participate in onboarding of new customers as part of handover.
- Track progress toward advancing to an Account Executive role through high performance.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 1+ years of sales experience with a focus on outbound or telesales in a B2B SaaS context preferred.
- Native level German with strong phone presence and professional English.
- Experience with multichannel outreach and designing, testing, and improving sequences.
- Comfort with a fast growing startup pace and a bias toward experimentation and iteration.
- Strong communication, coaching, and collaboration skills with a desire to advance into an Account Executive role.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary range: 60,000 to 90,000 EUR annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
LOCATION
Primary location: Vienna, Vienna, Austria. This role is on site.
