Senior AI Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE

A fast moving engineering team is building scalable backend systems and optimizing AI agent and LLM workflows to power the product. The role sits in a growth focused technology organization that values practical impact and reliable software delivery.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own backend scalability efforts and design services that operate at scale.
• Implement and iterate on AI agent and LLM integration flows to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ship robust software and measure platform performance.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong backend engineering experience building scalable systems.
• Hands on experience optimizing LLMs and AI agent flows in production.
• Proven track record of shipping software with ownership and initiative.
• Solid programming fundamentals and experience in a startup environment or fast growing company.
• A portfolio of side projects demonstrating depth and curiosity.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary range plus equity is provided. Compensation: $80,000-$120,000 USD annually, with flexibility for senior candidates and a negotiable salary/equity mix. Visa sponsorship is not available.
