Sales Development Representative (German-speaking)

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a key early sales hire at a fast-growing AI SaaS startup, owning the entire German-speaking top-of-funnel from first outreach to qualified demo handoff. You will work closely with marketing and Account Executives to shape outreach strategy and SDR processes, with a clear path to move into a closing role based on performance.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own the German-speaking top-of-funnel, from first contact through to qualified demo handoff to Account Executives.
• Qualify inbound leads generated by marketing and prioritize timely follow-up.
• Execute multi-channel outreach across phone, email, LinkedIn, and new channels as you identify them.
• Build, test, measure, and iterate on outreach sequences and prospecting hypotheses.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of SDR workflows and processes.
• Support new customer onboarding as part of the handover process.
• Progress toward an Account Executive role by delivering consistent top performance.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 1+ years of sales experience, ideally in outbound or telesales; strong junior candidates with relevant drive will also be considered.
• Native-level German and confident phone presence are essential.
• Strong spoken and written English (the company's working language).
• Experience with multi-channel outreach and designing, testing, and improving cadence sequences.
• Ability to form hypotheses, run experiments, and iterate based on results.
• B2B SaaS sales background is a plus.
• Competitive, output-driven mindset with motivation by uncapped commission.
• Comfortable operating at startup pace and helping to shape processes from the ground up.
• Genuine ambition to grow from SDR into a closing role within months.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary range: 60,000 to 90,000 EUR annually, plus uncapped commission. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
