ABOUT THE ROLE

Join a small, early-stage product team building AI-enabled recruiting technology. As a mid-level Product Engineer, you will work across the full stack to deliver reliable, user-focused features and help shape the product and technical direction.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own product features from scoping and implementation through deployment and iteration.
  • Design APIs and data models, and build frontend and backend applications.
  • Deliver user-facing experiences and improve them using customer feedback and product metrics.
  • Integrate AI and LLM services into product workflows, focusing on reliable experiences for users.
  • Build scalable backend services, data schemas, and operational tooling for testing, monitoring, and delivery.
  • Collaborate with product and design partners on priorities, success measures, architecture, and roadmap decisions.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Two to eight years of software engineering experience, including shipping user-facing products.
  • Professional product engineering experience at a startup or early-stage product company, with end-to-end ownership and sound product judgment.
  • Full-stack experience with TypeScript and React or Next.js, plus backend development in Python or Node.js.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL and AWS or GCP.
  • Practical experience integrating AI or LLM services into production applications.
  • Comfort working in a small, ambiguous environment across frontend, backend, and operational engineering tasks.
  • Experience with multi-tenant, enterprise-ready, real-time, or high-throughput systems is useful, as is work in regulated industries or complex internal tools.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Annual salary range: $150,000 to $300,000. Visa sponsorship is not available.
